Parcouring
Es gibt wieder eine neue Trendsportart in Deutschland! Sie nennt sich "Parcouring" und meint das Überwinden von allen möglichen Dingen, allerdings ganz OHNE Hilfsmittel.
Entstanden ist das Ganze schon um 1900, da allerdings noch nicht in der extremen Form, wie wir sie heute kennen. Die Sportler brauchen für diese Art von Sport vor allen Dingen Ausdauer, Kraft und Balance. Sie müssen klettern, springen und rennen und das über Mauern, Treppen oder Häuserdächer. Ziel ist es dabei, den kürzesten Weg von Punkt A zu Punkt B zu überwinden. Hilfsmittel wie Bus, Auto oder Fahrrad sind dabei natürlich absolut tabu.
